How much does it cost to lease a trailer?

Monthly plans start at $1,200 per month for entry food and coffee units on longer terms. Draft, self-pour and classic-style units, extra equipment and short terms raise the rate. Request a quote for exact pricing — there are no hidden fees beyond the refundable security deposit.

What is included in the monthly price?

The trailer with its commercial equipment, one full wrap per term, delivery and pickup within the continental U.S., scheduled maintenance and parts, a swap-out guarantee if a unit can’t be repaired within 48 hours, permit documentation and operator training.

How quickly can I get a trailer?

Typically two to four weeks from a signed agreement, depending on unit availability, wrap production and your delivery address. Event rentals can sometimes be arranged faster.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). Delivery and pickup are included in lease plans; very remote addresses may carry a logistics fee, which we always confirm in the quote.

Do I need a special license to tow the trailer?

No. Fleet units are built on ultra-light aluminum frames and tow behind a standard half-ton pickup; no CDL is required. We can also deliver the unit directly to your operating site if you don’t want to tow at all.

Who handles health and fire permits?

You apply with your local authorities as the operator; we provide the build sheets, equipment lists, electrical and plumbing diagrams inspectors ask for, and can configure the unit to your state’s requirements before delivery.

Can I brand the trailer?

Yes — every lease includes one full vinyl wrap with your artwork. Brands running campaigns can re-wrap or use interchangeable graphic panels. Our design studio can produce artwork from your brand guide.

What about insurance?

You insure the unit under your commercial policy for the term; we supply the values and can introduce brokers experienced with mobile units.

What happens at the end of the term?

Choose to extend, upgrade to a newer unit, return the trailer, or buy it out. Lease credits accrue from month one toward the buy-out price fixed in your agreement.

Can I rent for a single event?

Yes. Event rentals run from a few days to several weeks and include delivery, setup, pickup and an on-call technician. Multi-city tours are available for brand activations.

Who builds the trailers?

All units are engineered and built by Pourter in Michigan. Trailers Fleet is operated by Fleet & Foundry LLC, an independent company; the fleet is powered by Pourter.
