Questions before you request a quote
What exactly do I get with a rental?
The trailer and its installed equipment — equipment only. Staffed service, alcohol, beverages, consumables, catering and permitting are not included in the baseline rental. You run the event and the service.
What is the difference between renting and leasing?
Event rentals run from 1 to 30 days at published rates for our two rental trailers. Commercial leases are 12-month agreements for operators, priced monthly based on the unit and configuration. For more than 30 days, we quote a lease.
How much does a rental cost?
From $550 (Mon–Thu evening) and $650 (Mon–Thu daytime) up to $2,500 for a weekend, $3,500 for a full week, $5,750 for two weeks and $7,500 for 30 days. Delivery, deposit, add-ons and taxes are quoted separately. See the full rate card on the Rent a Trailer page.
Can I rent for just a Saturday or a Sunday?
Single-day weekend rentals are by request only, within 14 days of the event, subject to availability. Ask in your quote request.
How much does a commercial lease cost?
The base 5×10 commercial lease starts at $1,200 per month when the unit and configuration qualify. Selected equipment adds 6.5% of its purchase price per month — for example, a $4,900 equipment package adds $318.50, for $1,518.50 per month. One-time customization and handover ($3,000), a full wrap ($3,500) or a logo decal ($500) are separate upfront charges.
What lease terms do you offer?
Commercial leases are 12-month terms.
Is a trailer available for my dates?
Availability is confirmed by our team with every quote. Submitting a form is a request for a quote — not a booking, reservation or guarantee of availability.
What deposits apply?
Rentals carry a refundable security deposit of $1,500–$2,500 depending on the unit and event. Leases require a refundable security deposit equal to one monthly payment (the last month’s payment). Deposit terms are set out in your agreement.
Do you deliver?
Delivery options are quoted by location and unit availability. Rental delivery + pickup starts from $250; early delivery from $150.
Who handles staffing and permits?
You do. Our trailers are provided equipment-only; staffing, event operations and any permits or licenses required by your venue or jurisdiction are the customer’s responsibility.
What about maintenance on a lease?
Maintenance obligations are those written in your signed lease agreement.
What contract do I sign?
Every rental and lease is confirmed by a written agreement that sets out the unit, dates or term, charges, deposit, delivery and responsibilities. Nothing on this website is a binding offer.

Our trailers are built by Pourter, our manufacturing and technical partner.
